Watermelon–Cucumber–Feta Skewers with Tajín-Lime Splash

Instructions:

  1. Cut the watermelon, cucumber, and feta into similar-sized pieces for even stacking.
  2. Thread watermelon, cucumber, and feta onto wooden skewers, repeating until the skewers are filled. Arrange on a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle the skewers lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with lime zest and Tajín seasoning to taste.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice evenly over the skewers.
  6. Garnish with chopped mint or cilantro if desired and serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.
