Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, green onions, pimentos, chopped nuts, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until fully blended and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or by wrapping it in plastic wrap and molding it.
- Roll the cheese ball in additional finely chopped nuts until thoroughly coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to allow the cheese ball to firm up and the flavors to blend.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Variations
- Add cooked, crumbled bacon for a smoky touch.
- Swap sharp cheddar for pepper jack to introduce a spicy twist.
- Mix in a spoonful of finely chopped jalapeños for extra heat.
- Use almonds or pistachios for a different nut flavor and color.
Tips
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easiest mixing and the best texture.
- If the mixture is too soft to shape, chill briefly before forming the ball.
- Roll the cheese ball just before chilling to keep the nut coating crisp.
- Make ahead up to 48 hours—flavor improves as it rests.
