Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a pie dish or small baking dish well.
- Spread the chopped spinach evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked, crumbled bacon over the spinach.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and fully combined.
- Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, feta, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture evenly over the spinach and bacon.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow the quiche to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Variations :
- Add sautéed onions or mushrooms for extra depth.
- Swap bacon for breakfast sausage or diced ham.
- Use Gruyère in place of mozzarella for a richer flavor.
Tips :
- Lightly sauté the spinach first if you prefer a softer texture.
- Do not overbake; remove once the center is just set to keep the quiche tender.
- Let it rest before slicing to help it firm up and hold its shape.
