Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Place two slices butter-side down in the skillet.
- Add a generous layer of mozzarella and provolone.
- Spoon warm spaghetti onto the cheese and press lightly to help it stay in place.
- Add another layer of cheese on top.
- Place the remaining bread slices butter-side up.
- Cook until golden on the bottom, then flip carefully and grill the second side until the cheese is completely melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
