Spaghetti Grilled Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Add a generous layer of mozzarella and provolone.
  5. Spoon warm spaghetti onto the cheese and press lightly to help it stay in place.
  6. Add another layer of cheese on top.
  7. Place the remaining bread slices butter-side up.
  8. Cook until golden on the bottom, then flip carefully and grill the second side until the cheese is completely melted.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
