Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the Manwich sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In the prepared baking dish, layer half the pasta, half the beef mixture, and half the cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
