  5. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Pour the hot garlic butter sauce evenly over the shrimp.
  7. Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, until the shrimp are pink, cooked through, and sizzling.
  8. Remove from the oven and spoon the sauce over the shrimp.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.

Variations

  • Add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning for a coastal twist.
  • Use clarified butter for an even cleaner, richer sauce.
  • Increase cayenne for a spicier, New Orleans–style heat.
  • Finish with a splash of hot sauce for extra bite.

Tips

  • Serve directly in the hot skillet for authentic steakhouse presentation.
  • Do not overcook the shrimp; they should be just opaque and tender.
  • Shell-on shrimp deliver the most flavor and juiciness.
  • Always serve with plenty of bread—this sauce is too good to waste.
