Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the hot garlic butter sauce evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, until the shrimp are pink, cooked through, and sizzling.
- Remove from the oven and spoon the sauce over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
