Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Add olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Toss well until the sprouts are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 18–20 minutes until the sprouts are tender and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the hot sprouts with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze if desired before serving.
