Ruth’s Chris Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and fork-tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the hot potatoes.
  6. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts and lightly crisps.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for subtle heat.
  • Substitute rosemary or thyme for Italian seasoning for a more herb-forward profile.
