Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if using.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss well to coat.
- Arrange the wedges cut-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space between each wedge.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle immediately with melted butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
