Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Spread the raspberry jalapeño jam evenly across the bottom buns.
- Layer the sliced ham generously over the jam.
- Add the cheese slices evenly across the top of the ham.
- Add pickled jalapeño slices if you want extra heat.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
- Brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Slice and serve warm.
Variations
• Use turkey instead of ham for a lighter version.
• Swap raspberry jam for blackberry or fig preserves.
• Add caramelized onions for extra sweetness and depth.
• Use pepper jack cheese for a spicier profile.
Tips
ADVERTISEMENT
• Line your baking dish with foil for easy cleanup.
• If the tops brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil during baking.
• Let the sliders rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing to prevent cheese from spilling.
• A thin layer of cream cheese beneath the jam adds an ultra-creamy, rich contrast.
