Raspberry Jalapeño Sliders

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the raspberry jalapeño jam evenly across the bottom buns.
  4. Layer the sliced ham generously over the jam.
  5. Add the cheese slices evenly across the top of the ham.
  6. Add pickled jalapeño slices if you want extra heat.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  8. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
  9. Brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  10. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Slice and serve warm.
