Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened and well coated.
- Warm the tortillas and spread a generous layer of nacho cheese sauce down the center of each.
- Spoon the seasoned beef on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
- Add diced tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream if using.
- Roll tightly into a wrap and serve warm.
Variations
- Add crushed tortilla chips inside for a nacho-style crunch.
- Stir in sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.
- Use spicy nacho cheese sauce for heat.
- Replace beef with shredded chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
- Add shredded lettuce for a fresh, crisp layer.
Tips
- Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
- Let the beef cool slightly so the cheese doesn’t melt out when rolling.
- For a crisp exterior, grill the wrapped tortilla in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Use freshly shredded cheddar for the smoothest melt.
- Add tortilla chips at the last moment so they stay crunchy.
