Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened and well coated.
  3. Warm the tortillas and spread a generous layer of nacho cheese sauce down the center of each.
  4. Spoon the seasoned beef on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream if using.
  6. Roll tightly into a wrap and serve warm.

Variations

  • Add crushed tortilla chips inside for a nacho-style crunch.
  • Stir in sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.
  • Use spicy nacho cheese sauce for heat.
  • Replace beef with shredded chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
  • Add shredded lettuce for a fresh, crisp layer.

Tips

  • Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
  • Let the beef cool slightly so the cheese doesn’t melt out when rolling.
  • For a crisp exterior, grill the wrapped tortilla in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Use freshly shredded cheddar for the smoothest melt.
  • Add tortilla chips at the last moment so they stay crunchy.
