Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the Caesar mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the sauce is bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Variations
- Add a sprinkle of mozzarella on top during the last 10 minutes for a cheesy crust.
- Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a richer, juicier result.
- Stir a teaspoon of Dijon mustard into the sauce for added depth.
- Add a handful of chopped spinach to the sauce mixture for extra color and nutrients.
Tips
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness for more uniform cooking.
- For a golden top, broil the dish for 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep it extra juicy.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes to enjoy every drop of the creamy Caesar sauce.
