Holiday Cranberry Orange Meatballs

Instructions:

  1. Add the meatballs to a large skillet or saucepan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce becomes thick and glossy.
  5. Garnish with orange zest and chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Variations

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a sweet–spicy twist.
  • Use turkey or chicken meatballs for a lighter option.
  • Stir in a splash of balsamic vinegar for extra depth.
  • Add finely chopped rosemary or thyme for an herbal finish.

Tips

  • Add a splash of orange juice for a brighter, tangier glaze.
  • Keep the meatballs warm in a slow cooker on low for parties.
  • If the sauce becomes too thick, thin with a tablespoon of broth or water.
  • Make the glaze ahead of time for even faster assembly on busy holiday days.
