Instructions:

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat, rest briefly, then slice.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic until well combined.
  5. Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
