Dorito Taco Salad

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, corn, and black olives.
  4. Add the cooled taco meat.
  5. Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos and Catalina dressing.
  6. Toss everything together and serve immediately.
