Instructions:

- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Mix until fully combined and a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
