Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the corn and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Top generously with additional cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden, bubbly, and slightly browned on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
