Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 even squares and place each piece into a mini muffin pan.
- Add one cube of Brie to the center of each pastry cup.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top, if using.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash for a glossy, golden finish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve warm.
Variations
- Swap cranberry sauce for raspberry preserves or fig jam.
- Add a sliver of jalapeño for a sweet–heat twist.
- Use camembert instead of Brie for a stronger flavor.
- Add a few dried cranberries for extra texture.
Tips
- Keep the puff pastry cold—chill it briefly if it gets too soft while cutting.
- Cut the Brie into small, even cubes for consistent melting.
- Serve warm for maximum gooeyness and crisp pastry.
- Add a light drizzle of honey before serving for a festive flavor boost.
