Cranberry Brie Bites

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 24 even squares and place each piece into a mini muffin pan.
  3. Add one cube of Brie to the center of each pastry cup.
  4. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top, if using.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with egg wash for a glossy, golden finish.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve warm.

Variations

  • Swap cranberry sauce for raspberry preserves or fig jam.
  • Add a sliver of jalapeño for a sweet–heat twist.
  • Use camembert instead of Brie for a stronger flavor.
  • Add a few dried cranberries for extra texture.

Tips

  • Keep the puff pastry cold—chill it briefly if it gets too soft while cutting.
  • Cut the Brie into small, even cubes for consistent melting.
  • Serve warm for maximum gooeyness and crisp pastry.
  • Add a light drizzle of honey before serving for a festive flavor boost.
