California Turkey Club Wraps

Instructions:

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly so they are soft and pliable.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla. Add Dijon mustard if using.
  3. Layer turkey slices down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add cheese, bacon, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato.
  5. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  6. Fold in the sides, then roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  7. Optional: Heat a skillet with a little butter or oil and toast wraps seam-side down until golden and lightly crisp on both sides.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
