Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip)

Instructions:

  2. Stir in the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, and well-drained Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Add the green onions and chopped fresh herbs, mixing gently to distribute evenly.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor, or serve immediately if needed.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
