Blueberry Prosciutto & Brie Jalapeño Poppers

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Place a small chunk of brie into each jalapeño half.
  4. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry jam over the brie.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of prosciutto.
  6. Arrange the wrapped poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and the brie is melted.
  7. Add a pinch of black pepper if desired and serve warm.
