Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Place a small chunk of brie into each jalapeño half.
- Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry jam over the brie.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of prosciutto.
- Arrange the wrapped poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crisp and the brie is melted.
- Add a pinch of black pepper if desired and serve warm.
Variations
• Use fig jam or apricot preserves for a different sweet contrast.
• Swap brie for goat cheese or cream cheese for a tangier filling.
• Add a thin slice of apple or pear under the brie for extra sweetness and texture.
• Drizzle with hot honey for a sweet-spicy finish.
Tips
ADVERTISEMENT
• Choose jalapeños of similar size for even cooking.
• Don’t overfill the jalapeños — brie melts quickly and may spill if packed too high.
• Line your baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.
• For an elegant finish, drizzle warm blueberry jam over the poppers just before serving.
