Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased baking dish.
- Layer the ham evenly over the rolls, then place the cheese slices on top.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Variations
- Add a thin layer of honey or mayonnaise inside for a sweet-and-savory twist.
- Use roast beef or turkey instead of ham.
- Swap Swiss for provolone or mozzarella.
- Add thinly sliced pickles or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
Tips
- Keep the rolls connected while assembling for easy layering.
- Covering with foil first prevents the tops from browning too quickly.
- Use freshly shredded or high-quality sliced cheese for the best melt.
- Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and gooey.
