Baked Ham & Cheese Sliders

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham evenly over the rolls, then place the cheese slices on top.
  5. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Variations

  • Add a thin layer of honey or mayonnaise inside for a sweet-and-savory twist.
  • Use roast beef or turkey instead of ham.
  • Swap Swiss for provolone or mozzarella.
  • Add thinly sliced pickles or caramelized onions for extra flavor.

Tips

  • Keep the rolls connected while assembling for easy layering.
  • Covering with foil first prevents the tops from browning too quickly.
  • Use freshly shredded or high-quality sliced cheese for the best melt.
  • Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and gooey.
