Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the crumbled bacon until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Scatter the remaining bacon crumbles over the cheese layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is fully melted and lightly golden.
- Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before garnishing and serving.
