Baked Chicken Casserole with Melted Cheese & Bacon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the crumbled bacon until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Scatter the remaining bacon crumbles over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is fully melted and lightly golden.
  8. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before garnishing and serving.
